Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Basements
We begin the process with a design consultation and secure the necessary permits. We will demolish the existing kitchen and/or bathroom. We have excellent partnerships with quality electricians and plumbers who are responsive to our needs. Once the job is done, our team will make sure that every detail is complete, and the job site is cleaned thoroughly.
Pre-sale fix ups
We work with several reputable Main Line realtors who hire our team to assist them in getting a home ready for sale. We do everything from making major repairs, cleaning, painting, stripping carpets, and removing furniture or other unnecessary items from the home.
Windows and Doors
We will come to your home to measure new windows and doors, order them according to the customer’s specifications and install them. We have completed jobs where only one window was needed and as many as 84 windows in one residence.
Decks
We will remove existing decks and replace them with new construction. We can design and install a new deck according to building codes. In addition to building, we also clean and seal existing decks.
Interior Upgrades
We do a variety of interior renovations to improve the beauty of your home, Including but not limited to painting, dry wall repairs, chair rails, crown molding, and built-ins.
Repair List
Every homeowner has their own “honey do list” which can include fixing doors, hanging pictures and mirrors, pressure washing, changing light bulbs in cathedral ceilings, building yard sheds, and junk removal.
